GRAY | Ghent University Research for Aging Young
Sanne is the coordinator and main contact person of GRAY. GRAY stands for Ghent University Research for Aging Young and compiles expertise on boosting healthy aging from various domains at Ghent University.
This interdisciplinary research consortium bundles expertise on the biology of aging, health promotion, healthy behaviors (exercise, nutrition, mental well-being and cognitive behavior), geriatrics, environments that encourage healthy aging, and the use of adaptive technologies within the field of aging.
Sanne is passionate about people, health and society, and she likes to be at the intersection where knowledge institutions, government, industry and society come together. She is a Doctor of Movement Sciences.
